Who is Robert Victor Nsibirwa?

Robert is one of the most distinguished marketing brains especially in the FMCG sector with over 15 years of working experience.

Robert is the current Marketing Manager heading the beer category at Uganda Breweries Limited a position he has been for the last 1 year.

Nsibirwa started his career as an auditor in Price Waterhouse Coopers in 2009, before moving on to MTN-Uganda as revenue assurance analyst.

After serving for two years, Nsibirwa joined East African Breweries Limited (EABL) as a brand executive for their global beer brands.

Who is John Ssenkeezi?

John is a multifaceted Marketing professional with over 12 years’ experience in Digital and Social Media Strategy, Content Development, Analytics spanning industries like FMCG, Banking, Telecoms, Automobiles, and the media among others.

Ssenkeezi is the current Digital Supervisor at National Social Security Fund responsible for the strategy, content, analytics, media planning and buying functions of the fund. A position he has been for the last 2 years.

Who is Patricia Kahill?

Patricia Kahill is a multipotentialite, lover of Jesus Christ, and Content Marketer who helps brands create meaningful engagements online using content items for online marketing purpose under her company Kahill Insights – Content Marketing Agency, a Content Marketing Coach, and author of ‘Make Social Media Work For You’ book.

She is the Founder of Kahill Insights Company Limited is a digital marketing boutique business with a specialty in Content Creation and Marketing for online platforms with a focus on returning the client’s desired outcome. The business was created in 2013 as a sole proprietorship and in 2015 it was incorporated as a private company limited by shares.

With the help of online tools, they  managed to get 30,000 signatures for a petition against Tobacco use, the Government of Uganda under the Ministry of Health through the Ugandan Parliament was able to have the Tobacco Control Act 2015 passed.

At Kahill Insights, they have been able to carry out not less than 150 training and coaching sessions both for individuals and groups under the organization and specially organized.

Who is Colin Asiimwe?

Colin is the newly appointed Marketing Lead at Wave Mobile money a  fintech that has taken West and East Africa by storm.

He joined Wave from Multichoice Uganda where he served as a Marketing Manager where he worked with Uganda Communications Commission on its Content Development Support Programme (CDSP) among other responsibilities.

Wave a new market entrant started from Senegal in West Africa and is now in Cote D’Ivoire and Uganda. Pursuant to Section 9 of the National Payment Systems (NPS) Act, 2020, the Bank of

Uganda, in October 2021, announced the issuance of an operating license to Wave Mobile Money.

The operating license allows Wave Mobile Money to key among others carry out digital money services- cash deposits, withdrawal, and peer-to-peer and business payments.

In Uganda, Wave which bills itself as being similar to PayPal in terms of offering easy money transfer between peers, but it works with mobile money accounts instead of bank accounts

Colin is joining Wave with vast experience from different brands across the continent in operational and management positions including Telecom business in Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Burundi, and Cameroon, having delivered work ranging from launching a telecom in 3 countries to leading the delivery of a mobile based lending and saving solution strategy that was adopted across multiple countries.

John Paul Okwi is the current Manager Sponsorships and Events at the Telecommunications giant MTN responsible for brand positioning through  experiential marketing and sponsorships.
