She is the chairperson Board FINCA Uganda (MDI) and current  Deputy Director General of Uganda Civil Aviation Authority a position she assumed on November 15, 2021

Prior to her appointment, Olive was the Country Director of SOS Children`s Villages Uganda

She is an accomplished leader in the corporate and NGO sectors in Uganda. Her leadership experience, management, and Board engagement spans over 20 years.

She possesses Over 25 years’ experience in Private, Government and NGO sectors. 15 at senior management with 6 years in the leadership position as Country Director SOS Children’s Villages Uganda ,offering strategic direction to over 400members of staff.

She oversaw the rebranding and repositioning of the National Social Security Fund, Repositioning of Nile Special and Club beers brands of South Breweries

Olive has previously served as Head of Marketing a communications-NSSF, Brand marketing Manager -Nile Breweries among other roles.

Academic qualifications

The Chartered Marketer from Chartered Institute of Marketing UK holds an MBA from ESAMI Arusha, Africa Board Fellow certificate, Balanced Score Card Champion from Balanced Score Card Institute. She is a graduate of Mass communications and Media studies from Makerere University among other qualifications.
