Doreen is an accomplished Marketing professional with over a decade of marketing, sales, product development, Communications experience

She  is the Head Marketing and Communication at Postbank Uganda  a position she has held since 2020 and  currently the General Secretary of the Uganda Marketers’ Society.

Experience

Prior to Postbank, Doreen served various brands including Manager Marketing and Communications at Bank of Africa, Account Manager at SCANAD Uganda, Fireworks Advertising among other roles.

Why Doreen stands out

Doreen played a  pivotal role in the Postbank’s transition to a tier one commercial bank.

The new Post Bank brand refresh countrywide can’t be missed and its under her leadership that this and may greater visible initiatives across CSR, Communications have happened.

This is a commendable job considering the mindset change and a lot of strategic focus that had to take effect in order put the 100% government owned bank to the level it is now.

Education

A graduate of  Bachelor of International Business degree from Makerere University Business School (MUBS) holds a Professional Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing
