Who is Robert Victor Nsibirwa?
Robert is one of the most distinguished marketing brains especially in the FMCG sector with over 15 years of working experience.
Robert is the current Marketing Manager heading the beer category at Uganda Breweries Limited a position he has been for the last 1 year.
He leads a team of brand managers to deliver on the profitability and growth of UBL’s beer business; a portfolio comprised of the flagship Bell Lager, Guinness, Pilsner Lager, Tusker Malt Lager, Tusker Lite, Tusker Lager, Senator Extra, Senator Stout & Ngule
Experience
Nsibirwa started his career as an auditor in Price Waterhouse Coopers in 2009, before moving on to MTN-Uganda as revenue assurance analyst.
After serving for two years, Nsibirwa joined East African Breweries Limited (EABL) as a brand executive for their global beer brands.
He has since worked in various positions including Brand Manger Bell Lager, Innovations Project Manager helping to conceptualize and commercialize new-to world and new-to-market products, before leaving for private business., UBL, Connections Manager Nile Breweries among others.

Mpola enjoyments a campaign by Bell Lager is the one of the most recent projects the Head of beer has spearheaded. This was one of the top Campaigns nominated in the Uganda Marketing Excellence Awards 2021.
He has been part of and led internal and external Cross Functional Teams in a busy FMCG industry, to deliver on digital transformation & innovation, consumer research, brand re-positioning, brand innovation, brand renovation and multiple through the line campaigns.
Nsibirwa runs an inspirational or motivational blog through which he shares his personal experiences and lessons with the hope that someone picks on a thing or two. When it comes to personal achievements, Nsibirwa is passionate about real estate.
Education
The old boy of Kings College Buddo holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Makerere University Business School among his other qualifications
Nsibirwa also owns a consultancy firm that offers full suite marketing support to startups and SMEs that are looking for and open to dynamic and turn-key solutions to ignite their businesses.
