She is the current General Manager Corporate Communications and Marketing at Centenary Bank a position she has been holding for 3 years.

Prior to that Beatrice served as General Manager Business Growth and Development still at Centenary Bank for over 5  years.

Here, she was responsible for steering business growth and marketing leading, Marketing, commercial, retail and SME business segments. She was also responsible for research and product development teams

She has also previously worked at Barclays and Bank of Africa as head of Corporates and Business development respectively.

Beatrice has in the past led a 40-man department and supervised over 1500 Centenary Bank employees directly.

She has spearheaded development and promotion  of over 15 new product development, over 40 major marketing campaigns that have positioned Centenary Bank as one of the key iconic local brands.

Education

Beatrice holds a Bachelor of Arts(BA) of Makerere University, an MBA from the prestigious ESAMI( Eastern and Southern  Africa Management Institute) among her other qualifications.
