Who is Olive Lumonya?

She is the chairperson Board FINCA Uganda (MDI) and current  Deputy Director General of Uganda Civil Aviation Authority a position she assumed on November 15, 2021

Who is Margaret Namulindwa Kigozi?

Maggie Kigozi as she is commonly known is one of Uganda`s most influential markers of all time.

Margaret joined Standard Chartered Bank on 25th November 2021 as the Head of Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing for Uganda.

She joined the Bank from Coca-Cola South & East African Business Unit where she held several roles.

Who is Juliana Kaggwa?

Juliana is formerly the Corporate Relations Director at UBL a subsidiary of Diageo PLC having announced her departure this year.

As a key strategic individual, Juliana managed a vast array of both internal and external stakeholders on behalf of UBL. She previously served as a Marketing and Innovations Director since 2015.

Working experience

Juliana has over 2 decades of FMCG experience both at strategic and implementation levels.

Prior to her current position, Juliana served as a marketing Director at the same company, UBL for five and a half years. The marketing function she supervised was accountable for 50% of the UBL`s strategic goals.

She was directly responsible for business growth of local brands like Bell Lager, Uganda Waragi alongside internationally acclaimed brands like Jonnie Walker, Smirnoff, Baileys among others.

Juliana Kagwa has previously served in various strategic positions including Marketing Manager Spirits Uganda at East African Breweries Ltd.

 

She also served as a Country Director Heineken Uganda before returning to East African Breweries.

Flavors like coconut and Pineapple were introduced to Uganda waragi while Apple under her stewardship and was key to introduce Smirnoff as part of UBL`s product innovations and refinements. These have since changed the game of spirits taste in Uganda.

Who is Jackie Namara?

Jackie is one of the few Fellows and chartered marketers of Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). A chartered Marketer is a status that recognizes purely outstanding marketers in the industry. This is currently accessible by members graded by CIM the leading professional marketing body in the world.

Experience

Jackie has over 20 years of experience in strategy, marketing communications, customer experience, building and managing brands. That’s two decades of solid  business growth support, and a test of time.

Her career began in the mid-90s with a one-year cameo at Bank of Uganda. She later moved to Unliver where she worked as a Brand Manager – Laundry and Personal Wash
